Our 3 step order form has been designed to make ordering our products as easy as possible.

Here you can find a guide to using the form if you become stuck!

STEP 1 - Choosing your items

The first thing you need to know after browsing our site is the product you wish to order.

Once you know, simply click the 'add to basket' button on the order page next to the items name.

You can click as many times as you like but remember that another item will be added each time you do.

You will notice another window open up when you click the button...this is called your 'basket.'

Your basket contains everything you have ordered so far.

If you wish to remove an item simply click the remove box and press 'update basket'.

If you wish to order more than one, simply type the number in the box on the left.

STEP 2 - Postal charges

Post and Packaging is FREE to the UK!

If you live in Europe or the US and Canada, you will find you have a menu already made for you.

Simply select the postage you wish from the list.

If for example you want to order 2 NuCan's, you will notice that there isn't an option available.  Just press Add twice for one.

This way, you can make any combination of postage from just a small list of options!!

Please note - Our Tidy-Gro and Paint Easy products are currently unavailable to outside of the UK.

STEP 3 - Checkout

Simply press the checkout button to begin processing your order!

Paypal and Credit Card Information

Paypal offers an easy to use and extremely secure environment for a customer to pay online.

If you are already a member, you will now be able to enter your username and password and pay in the normal manner.

If you are not a member, do not worry....you do not need to be a current member to use Paypal.

Simply click to continue and enter your details as asked.  You will be asked for a Paypal password as using the service means you must sign up but we assure you, they do not abuse your email or other details in any way and neither do NuCan Ltd.  They will not be sold, lent, hired or given to any third parties whatsoever.

When done, you should click the continue button and your order will be automatically processed!

Please note - we process orders daily but please expect your items to arrive in no less than 5 working days in the UK.  If it is longer than 10, please contact us to find what is wrong.  For overseas orders, times are subject to no guarantee whatsoever.
